Default Question for those running Cloyes Hex-adjust

When you tightened the cam sprocket, was the hex adjuster still a little loose?

Mine is loose and I seem to remember that the cam wasn't flush with the back surface of the cam sprocket. Guess I will have to call Cloyes.

Probably should have been more specific, I meant the adjustment cam (hex) not the cam shaft. The cam shaft appears to be seated against the pulley and I don't see any runout.

I called Cloyes and spoke with their tech support, he told me it would wiggle a little bit so I think I am OK.
