knock sensor low voltage

knock sensor low voltage Would anything other than replacing the sensors fix this. It showed up on the tech-2 but not on hptuners.
JUST put together this motor, but I didnt replace sensors. If so who sells them as a kit (sensors {2} and wiring harness piece.
