Idle Speeds for 112LSA Cams on M6 Cars What seems to be the average idle speed for medium sized (around 224/224) cams on a 112LSA in an M6 with bolt-ons? I know all cars are different, but what RPM is most common?

Re: Idle Speeds for 112LSA Cams on M6 Cars I have mine set at 950 (A/C off) and 1050 (A/C on) but my cam is a bit bigger. I would think 900 would be about right for your size.

Re: Idle Speeds for 112LSA Cams on M6 Cars I have a T1 cam from MTI and have tuned it to idle at 800. The key to a good idle on my car was giving it more timing.

Re: Idle Speeds for 112LSA Cams on M6 Cars Had it set at 700 when I was cam only and never had a problem. Since I put heads on the car I bumped it up to 800 and she can be a little tempermental at times. Hot starts she will hunt for 3-5 secs and if just pute around a parking lot and push clutch in she will die some times.
