Any valvespring swapping guides?
Looking to swap the valvesprings in my car, its actually a LQ9 block and some ported heads but I think the general idea is about the same as the LS1. Are there any guides on swapping the valvesprings out there? I looked on ls1howto but they only had rocker arms.
Also is there any guide on what to look for on the top end in terms of a visual and light inspection while I'm in there? IE, looking at the lifters, rocker arms etc to make sure they're also good to go?

Part 3
Things you can check:
>Rockers (all sealing at trunion)
>Pushrods (all straight by rolling on flat hard even surface)
>Pushrod holes (all nice and round)
>any visible cracks
>any wear on heads from seats
You cannot access lifters unless you yank the heads off.
