Default Things to do before cam/heads

Just wondering if it is wise to do the external bolt-on stuff before you get into cams and heads. I figure that you would want to get the ported MAF, TB and lid as well as headers, QTEC, and cat-back first so you can actually pull in and blow out all that extra air. Any opinions on this? Also with stage II heads and the new MTI Stage II cam, would it be wise to have bigger injectors with those mods or comparable mods?

I say get all the bolt ons before going internal...

I would get a lid, filter, headers, catback..

You can usually stay with the stock injectors when going with heads and cam, all depeding on how wild you plan to go..

My stock 28# worked fine with my S2 MTI heads and my X1 cam...

Cool, that's really what I was looking for, I would like to do a full bolt-on and then get the MTI stage II or comparable and the new stealth II cam. Do you get gains from tuning after doing only bolt-ons?
