Default matter of opinion? Top end Question

Hi...Im new to the site but not to fast cars. Been doing alot of reading on here and had a few questions. Have had a 2000 ss for about three months and finally have some time to get into it. Car has 15,000 miles with a slp mass air, cai, and magnaflow catback. Im leaning towards Texas speed's 5.3 II heads with a torquerV3 cam, fast 90/90, and a true dual full exhaust with the extras(timing chain, oil pump, exc.) it seems like a good combo to get started...i know the clutch and rear will need help also...but does this seem like a good starting point?
