Default cam bearings, should i change them?

my motor has 130k miles on it, i have had it rebuilt with forged rotating assembly, and race bearings, only thing that wasnt changed was the cam bearings. now on the front and back bearings there is a little bit of wear on them where i can see the gold finish on the bottom. has anyone ever had a problem with cam bearings? how can they be changed? do i have to dissasemble the shortblock?

As far as I know, the cam bearings will only need to be changed if one is nicked when something in the motor lets go or the block is hot tanked.

But, I would probably go ahead and change them for peace of mind. You get a little tool and take a hammer and knock them in, not sure how you get them out, but if the motor is already back together, I wouldn't worry about it.
