P2V Clearance Calculation
Is there a way to calculate whether or not there should be piston to valve clearance problems with any given setup?
I have a stock bottom end 346 with milled 6.0L heads (milled .035" I believe, 63cc CC) .045" gasket, cam specs are 230/236 .598/.598 111. This same setup with a stock head gasket had no problems, I'm trying to figure out if the shorter gasket the probelm or if the cam was installed wrong.

Doesn't sound like it would clear with that lift on milled heads. Probably need to switch to a felpro gasket and or flycut for the intake valve. Did you install it straight up dot to dot?
