Choosing h/c for a 383 stroker
Well, I am saving up the money for a 383 stroker kit, and I am sure once the car is done it will be wicked, but I am wondering about the h/c. I know that the kit is going to raise my displacement, but they have different compression ratios for the kits.
I don't know nearly as much as I would like about CRs, or the h/c so I am just throwing it out there.
Do any of you guys have any experience with this? What would you suggest I do, or look into? What should I stay away from? any help is always nice.
Also, should I replace the headers and exhaust? They are 1 3/4" lts, and a 3" ory and a 3" cb with a cutout.
