Default clearing moisture in fuel lines.

I cleaned out the tank. The engine and lines were sitting for over 18 months. So there might be a little bit of moisture in it. I am going to get about 5 gallons of gas.

I was wanting advice on how to prime the fuel pump. The fuel pump is making a lot of noise. I guess its loud becasue of no gas in it.

Also should I add some seafoam or heet (or any other suggested additive) to get whatever moisture out of the lines?

Thanks

Running the pump dry WILL kill it in short order.
I'd use some carb cleaner, and blow it thru the lines, clean the rails.
[The injectors may be fubar'd w/ nasty fuel, too]
Add a new filter, and try it.

I am gona put some new gas in the car. I didnt think of filling the fuel pump bucket with gas before droping it in.

I am gona try to intermintently start it till the fuel pump is fully primed. Hopefully i wont burn the pump.
