Default recommended valvetrain parts for cam?

I'm going to be putting in a comp 224/230 581 585 114 X-ER in soon. The car is a dd so I'm looking for longevity when it comes to springs. I was looking at the patriot gold duals. I know there's alot more to it though then just the max lift of the springs. What other things would i be looking at also with a stock 115k motor.

Push rods, good springs, retainers, valve seals, timing cover gasket, new oil pisk-up tube o-ring and with that many miles I'd put a new oil pump on it just for insurance. A new timing chain is also a good idea.

Do a search dude, this has been asked 10,000 times.

You will get alot of opinions on valve springs.

There seem to be many happy patriot gold dual users in the LSX community.

I run the Livernois dual, which are a great spring as well.

Another option would be the PAC 1218 or PAC 1518

The PACs are a great spring... light, quiet, reliable.

I've considered going with a set of those and some Ti-retainers.
