Tsp ported and shimmed ls6 oil pump here, great oil pressure.
Cold start 60psi
Idle 48psi
Wot 80+psi
My bro has the slp and its 35psi @ idle. They say it depends on the spring you put in the pump.

mine is the same and i took my ls6 pump out and went for the slp only to have 40 psi wide open so i pulled the pump last night and took it apart whatever moron put it together left part of the casting flange in the bypass valve stuck under the seat, i wont by an SLP again

I wouldn't worry too much about pressure as long as it's at least 30's at hot idle. I ported the discharge side of my stock LS6 pump and reused the spring and it's low 30's at hot idle and high 40's I think at WOT (not real sure as I haven't checked it at WOT lately). I don't know about the SLP having 3 springs...doesn't make much sense to me as just 1 "long" spring fits in there. Also the pressure is completely dependant on the spring alone.
