a better one in my opinion
PRC stg 2.5 241 castings without the 241 number removed milled
cometic .040
custom stealth cam and pushrods
ORY or just cats removed
3" DMH cutout
ported fast 92 with removed writings and flat black paint or a stock ls6 with 90mm tb or the oval one from tpis
pulley
any lid that is black without any sticker (try to put a new stock sticker on it LOL)
aluminum flywheel or a billet one
free mods
a hidden dry shot if ok with that
383 - 396 stock ls1 block or resleaved for a 427 and above
just some thoughts.

Like for it to be as low as possible. How much difference would the headers make?

Where and the hell do you get that power level from. The injectors will be good till then but stock they def will notmake that kind of power. OP I say hide a nitrous kit, port and mill your stock heads and do all the boltons that you can without being noticed

ok stock 241 ported by PRC on stock valves and milled with .040 gaskets
custom stealth cam or off the shelf , pac springs or comp 918 and pushrods
remove what you want just writing some options and thoughts
headers is what he said will give a very good amout power wise and reducing times at the strips or cars lengths on the street but it will not look stock
if you go the hidden nitrous way you can cancel many things and just spray 50 hp more ^_^

You could go with something like my setup, it does sound like there is something but not a 500whp/480wtq car. I had alot of people trying to call me out with high 12 second cars because it sounds like a small cam basicly. The combo also smashed a 600RR from a 65 roll also. If i was still running cats, it would be super quite but still lobes a little though. I think that is a little beyond the route your going to take unfortunately.
But with the ory, people will call you out saying it isn't stock. the car will get a hell of alot louder when you put that on too. The true way to get a sleeper is to forge the motor, steath cam, good set of ported heads, and spray the **** out of it. As soon as you put on longtubes and/or remove the cats, people will catch on really quick though.
A C5 Z06 is alot lighter than you are too, but since you are a m6... All Z06s are m6 also, so it will really come down to a driver's race with the mods you have listed above. Just because someone has a Z06, doesn't mean they know how to drive it
