Im pretty sure I read a while back that the lift on the LS7 cam was .594 on one side.

Call up a GM parts store or scoggin dickey...im sure they could find out.

i heard they hold up to .625 lift and they do fit 5.3 heads

im not sure if they will fit a 5.3 head y not just go with aftermarket springs?
