specs on used cam

specs on used cam I bought a used comp cam on this board it has no cam card I was told it is a 244-248 .579 lift the back of the cam has 3384F 3399F 112+2 HR can anybody tell me anything from those numbers or do I have to call comp the serial # is D7925-05

Those are some strange lobes for an LS1?? According to Comps site its 244/248 .580/.580. The 112 is the LSA and the +2 is the advance.
