Matters on what your before #'s are.Ussually a gain of 40hp is normal. The big thing is to look at around 3000rpm.I've seen 35hp/40tq gains down there.

I have a nice question. How much would a TSP 232/228 or a TR230 help my car out? I made 371/371 with an LS6 cam and no tuning.

considering the tsp and tr cams are a whole nother animal compared to the ls6 cam you can bet alot more. 400rwhp with an m6 and bolts-ons is not uncommon for cams of that nature.

post up the dyno. 387rwhp is damn good for only cam, macs, cutout, lid, tb. you must of had a hell of a tune, was that with the cutout open or closed?

What kind of muffler are you running? 23rwhp gain by opening the cutout seems that something in your exhaust is very restrictive. BTW Good numbers! Get an LS6 intake and ASP Pulley and you will be at 400rwhp!

Well it will really depend on what the valve timing events are. I would imagine it will do a little more than a TR 224 and a little less than an 224 XE-R. Since the difference in area under curve is ~1 to 2 percent at most between the TR & the XE-R, should be very close to either of those cams IMO. If you got ramps that are more aggressive than an XE-R then all bets are off unless the valve train is mod'd to match.
