Default Picked up my LE2 heads today!

A friend of mine who has had Lloyd Elliott port a LOT of heads in the past, called in a favor. I dropped off a set of 853's last Monday, and ended up trading for a set of 706's to get the cr I was aiming for. In a nutshell, in just over a week he ported, shaved, installed 2.02" 1.60" stainless valves, did a valve job, and set up and installed Patriot Extreme springs. Oh yeah, I also had a custom cam ground! Picked it up too. I am pretty freakin excited. I'll scan the flow sheet tomorrow. They flowed 301/222 at .600, which should do just fine.

i wouldnt mind seeing what your car does with this setup. will these parts be going onto a stock shortblock? would you mind letting out the cam specs? you could pm them to me if you dont want them public.

I am anxious to see how it goes as well. The shortblock has 6.125 H beam rods and Mahle -4cc flycut pistons. I also went with H series bearings. Just completed the assembly of the shortblock last night.

realisticly i would think more along the lines of 430-440rwhp but that depends on compression, intake, etc...

I haven't gotten any numbers, and in fact am going backwards. Oil pressure indication issues turned out to be oil pressure issues. lol, not really. I am planning on pulling the engine today.... also have my first baby due on Sunday, so who knows when this is going to come together. I'll be sure to post when running again.
