On average what does a stock rebuild....
run for on an ls1 cuz I think my motor is about ready to take a giant ****. At idle there is no knock at all give gas and knocks around 1800-2300rpms then goes away. Already cancelled out the engine mounts, ujoints by palcing some pressure under the pan and shaft, then removed the serpentine belts and still does it. Damn this sucks. SO HOW MUCH THANKS?

Are you doing the work yourself? You'll more than likely need the crank checked out if it's your main or rod bearings, and possibly some machine work on the block. A mechanic I know said he'd do mine for 1800 straight up if I needed it. that's all the labor and parts, so I know it's a hell of a deal, but you'd be looking at around 2500-3k. maybe 1500 if you buy the parts yourself.
