Default Thanks Texas Speed!!!

Thanks Again To Texas Speed!!!

As always Jon just hooked me up with some great new parts for my 2000 SS. He has always been great with technical help too.

New Parts:

233/239 596/603 cam on a 112 2 degress advanced (current cam is a 228/228 576/563 on a 114)

All the gaskets needed to do the heads and cam (shaving my PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L .020)

ARP Head Bolts

New Chromemoly Push Rods

I can't wait to see how the new cam and shaved heads affect my cars performance.

Thanks,

Bill

You might wanna measure PTV when it goes together. That milling should take that head to 60.xcc.......

Default Head & Cam

I talked to them today about a head and cam package for my 2001 Camaro. Sounds like great guys to deal with. I was planning on used them or Patriot. I think I'll go with Texas Speed. I like their support.

Thanks for the thoughts.... I think I should be okay. The shortblock was done by Lingenfelter and came with -4cc reliefs cut into the forged pistons.

Well, at least I hope that is enough.

Thanks,

Bill
