Default installing 243 heads

i am installing a set of milled 243s (.030) with .040 head gaskets on my 5.3 for a compression bump and better performance than my stock 862s on a carbed setup. can they just be swapped w/out any other parts? if not what do i need? thanks

You'll need to run 243 bore head gasket. I would say LS1 or LS6
