Default ls7 hydro lifter to solid

i have been searching and havnt really found much at all on converting a stock type lifter to solid. what all dose it consist of to do so? will the ls7 lifter body stand up to some descent abuse from a solid roller setup

anyone have any info or links possibly? i have searched agian and nothing again, must be over looking something

You dont convert a lifter to solid, you change them out and put solid rollers in.

No but Morel makes some very decent drop in Solid lifters that are not as expensive as the Hydraulics.
