safe limits for lq4 stock rods with arp bolts

whats the most that would be considered to be "safe" on a stock rotating assembly with arp bolts. plan on shifting at 65/6600 with a rev limit of 7k

you should be more than fine, i shift my stock 02 ls1 @ 6800 and redline at 7K.
