Default 370 vs 409 difference in power

I am trying to decide to build a forged 370 or stroker 409. Is there a huge difference between these motors. any comments

I would say that the 370ci could make 460+

the 409 could make up to 500+ and more torque

I had to make the same decision, but my budget made it for me! I'm going forged 364 (6.0L). I couldn't afford the crank on top of everything else.

I'ld say go stroker if you can afford it! Someday I will - like they said, no replacement for displacement! At least now I'll have the block.
