c1 or t1or 224
which of these cam will be good for stock heads with LT headers and good power i wanna get the c1 or 224 pls let me know thanks

dont ask me the info but these are dyno's i saved while researching the T1/B1. do a search and you'll find a lot of great info out the T1. its an older cam but still a good one.

MTI doesn't list the T1 for sale anymore on their website. You'll have to find one for sale someplace, like the post above, to get one. Personally, this is a dilemma I went through when I was looking for a cam, too. The differences between the C1/T1 is so small, go C1 out of those two. As for the 224, it will make a bit more peak power but it may not be as strong in the lower RPM's. Most 224 cams make good power all over but the shorter duration will be generally stronger down low which makes for a fun street cam. It's nice not to have to push it much to get going! The C1 has good duration, is a proven performer on stock heads and will not crush springs.

i say the tr 224. if you look at all the graphs in this thread it seems to make better torque than the t1 and more hp. it will be a little harder on springs, but it's relitively mild by standards now. it should idle fairly tame as well.
