Default built ls1 wheel horsepower/torque question

Hey guys, I'm new here. Planning an lsx swap in my rx7. Still have a lot of homework to do... I'm new to these motors. Was thinking getting an ls2 and leaving it stock or picking up an ls1 and build it a bit. I'm looking for 350-400 hp/tq @ the wheels. A local guy has the following and I would like to get your opinion as to what power/torque to expect and how "streetable" the power is. Also has to pass CA sniffer. Remember, this is going into a 2800# rice rocket. The car will be semi-daily driven and see track days and occasional drag passes too, don't want it to be too radical if that makes any sense... I know it's all subjective anyway.

His setup (some of it has nothing to do with power, but I'm listing it anyway):
-pullout from a 2002 camaro z28 with 120,000 miles
-T56 is stock with new ls7 clutch, slave cylinder, and pilot bearing
-The engine is complete rebuilt
-Crank was micropolished
-new rods, rings, and pistons
-new cometic gasket set
-all new clevite bearings
-new ls7 lifters and trays
-new ls2 chain, new ls6 oil pump
-ls6 intake
-arp head bolts
-cnc ported and polished 5.3 heads with larger valves and double valve springs. similar to the tsp heads
-comp cam with 224/228
-3.90 final drive (not part of his stuff but I'll get this)
-will be running factory cat converters & stock exhaust manifolds
-will probably be running ls7 style intake
-all accessories will be driven by the motor (a/c, p/s, alt)

I know that results will depend on a number of other things like exhaust, air/fuel ratios/timing, weather, altitude, dyno, etc... but what is your ballpark guess on power/torque and the streetablity (broadness/flatness of torque)? Many thanks in advance.

i would say around 470 to the crank and about 390-420 to the wheels.

400/400ish sounds reasonable for that setup...

LS7 intake wont fit LS1/6 heads, stick with LS6 intake, good power and plenty in the classifieds.

Anyone else want to venture a guess? Either I do this or a stock LS2.
