Can I use this cam in a stock motor?

Can I use this cam in a stock motor? I have an LPE custom cam that has 595/595 lift. Can I use it without fly cutting my pistons. I just want to do a cam and spring swap. I have a set of Comp 941's. No other changes. Thanks.
