Default Sad Day 265RWHP

I took my camaro to the dyno today for the first tiem. I was hoping for some better numbers but all I got was the 265rwhp. I forget the torque cause the guy gave me the info on a floppy disc and mu comuter cant read it so I cant see it right now. But I remember him saying the 265 part. Mostly because I was so disapponted. Oh well.

Was it a Mustang Dyno? Did you have the A/F meter hooked up, if so, what did it show? There are multiple variables as to why it was so low.

You deffenetly have some serious issues!! !! You should be at least 300rwhp. Something on your car is not right !!

Even if thats a Mustang dyno it should be that low. I would have a leakdown test done on the motor because if you really pulled 265 something is wrong with your motor.

It went rich on top end on the 1st pull then leaned back out on the 2nd pull. It was a Dyno Jet but I forget what model. The guy running it has a 99 SS and he said he pulled 289rwhp with $4K in boltons and then he tuned it and got 330rwhp

I am going to try to take this disc over to my friends house and pull the info back up. My torque curve was pretty damn flat through the entire pull also

Either their dynojet is broke or the guy is an idiot and pulls it to like 4000 rpms. Stock my A4 98 Z28 pulled 308 hp 325 tq.

for each $100 you spend in the speed shop they give $10 in time on the dyno, I bought a cat back for my Grand National yesterday so today I took in my Z28 to redeem my $40 worth of time, $35 for 2 pulls with the credit I had

It went to 5700 rpm, I was standing there when it hit the rev limiter. I have no idea why its so low. Car only has 30K on it and it doesnt run like it has a dead cylinder or anything. The dyno is brand new

Your rev limiter should be higher than 5700 rpm. I'm not positive but I think my car was around 6150 or 6200 before I raised it to 6800 with LS1 edit.

could that be the problem? Cause I was watching the gauges on the computer that was hooked to the dyno and right around there was when it cut out?
