Well at least you have the right springs for the cam. It (noise) might get worse when things start to warm up. As your valvetrain becomes hotter the tolerances get tighter and therefore could be responsible for the sudden noise vs. no noise when it was first started, just a theory.
well this is not normal noise, it is really loud knocking, im wondering if i did something wrong on the install??????i dont even know what to do now.

well, would it make any sense that the rockers started making noise after several minutes??the more i drove it, the louder it got. first is was a continous knock, but after a while it was a knocks with pauses in between knocks and with a different noise.could that have caused any damages???

At idle can you listen to the engine to determine where exactly the noise is coming from? Try the hose method or the scredriver and see if you can rule out bottom end or top of the motor. If it is a loud noise maybe something is a lot worse than just noisy valvetrain. I still would keep my eye on the oil pressure, if the noise got worse as it was driven more then maybe as your oil warmed the pressure began to drop as well.

You may need a longer pushrods. If your heads are not milled you may have too little lifter preload. Most aftermarket cams have a smaller than stock base circle. This reduces the amount of lifter preload. This is especially bad if you have a 98 or 99. The base circle diameter measures 1.552 diameter on these while the new cars approximately 1.520. The smaller the base circle means less lifter preload.
