what all have you put in the engine! first off it's hard to give advise on something if you do not give enough info! As far as the heads, personally i would change them. 241's are very restrictive in stock form unless you do a good valve job on them, meaning port, polish, bigger valves, but i think it would be cheaper to buy a better set of heads!
Look at what you want out of the engine, how much hp and tq, callie' stuff is not cheap so you would want the upper end to be just as good as the bottom end. now i just reread your post and i think you are still on the stock pistons also! If i was going to stick that much money into a engine i would do it right. So change the pistons, heads, intake if still stock.
As far as the turbo again what are you looking for in the hp and tq numbers. just stay away from the ebay turbo systems! seen many blow up.I know a guy who put on a 76mm turbo on his ls2 all stock, and if my memory is right i believe he is somewhere at 550 to 575, could be more, it been awhile since i talked to him.
You might want to call a noted engine builder close to you and get there advise.
Down here in oklahoma most of the good engine builders build all the engines for the dirt track guy's, and thats where i will go if i want to have a engine built!

no nothing internal is stock all arp bolts callies dragon slayer crank, callies rods and diamond pistons ect i did the whole motor right i just have stock heads for now untill i see what direction im going to go and i have an ls6 intake for now going for either fast or a sheet metal intake. My only prob is the comp is so high. Im trying to decide to swap out pistons to low comp or sell the motor it only has 3,000 mi on it. I will be building a custom front mount system and going for 700+hp no ebay crap. the motor is fully built besides heads..... thats why i was veg in the details so i wasnt ranting on....i just didnt plan on the turbo before i built it, was going for cam heads thing but had a change in plans...

Alot of guys who go over to the boost side swap to a 317 head to lower there compression ratio. that might be your easiest route.. But, im sure some here will chime in who know much better then I.

Changing the pistons also is another good idea, i dont know how much power you want to make but N/A pistons and rings are not always the best for a boosted setup and you could break them. Even if they are forged.

Sale the 243's and buy some heads with a large combustion chamber . Shop around for budget price heads with 66cc or larger hopefully the pistons in it are flat top with reliefs would be a plus. But price that, then price a set of diamond forged dished pistons with rings whichever is cheaper ..
