Idle problem at cold start

Idle problem at cold start I havea 2000 z-28 and when it's cold outside in the morning with a temp of below 36 degrees my car will idle fine until the air pump shuts off and then it will idle ruff and shut off sometimes. If i try to start my car when it's warmer outside it's fine. I don't know what the problem is i think it might be the air intake or fuel management. I put a new ecu in it last month. So if anybody has any advice i'd be glad to hear it thanks.

alright thanks i appreciate it my other option is to go buy a new car cause I don't have the time to try to find out what is wrong and spend hours working on it like i used to. Were there any certain ones that i should check?
