Yeah just tell us what your current setup is and what you want out of the cam and you will get plenty of replies!

I have ordered a set of AS 5.3's, unless I can find a sympathetic tester I have to meet Ontario's emissions. It seems from what I've read the 224 581 114 is about as big as I can go. I have a 2001 m6 with the stock 342's TPIS LT's Ati super damper lid and cutout. I don't want any issues cruising at 1500-1800 6th gear. This car is not a daily driver but I do like to do long haul road trips. I do some passes at the 1/4 and also lapping and solo 1.

i'd go custom cam. i bet a custom cam ground to work with the heads and emissions restrictions will make more power under the curve then an off the shelf cam would. what type of emissions do you have in ontario? if its just OBD II pcm stuff you can get away with alot, if its the sniffer your a bit limited but can still run some nice cams and make great power.

if you want an off the shelf then i'd look at the TR224 114.

Yea it is a sniffer.
The package from AS includes cam and I can get one ground to my specs. I just don't know what to ask for.
