Oil coated spark plug?
Went start takeing my motor apart today tpo put new valve springs and headers on today and as i get done takeing out the plugs every one looks perfect besides for cylinder #3. After that i take off the headers and that clinder is coated with oil in side the header. What would cause this? What should i do first? There is no starter on the car or tranny or intake to do a compression test with.

I would replace the valve seals (if you weren't going to), b/c they might be the culprit. After getting the motor together I would def. do the leak down test. If it is the rings then I am sure you would find out from that test.
