Default stock 99 ls1 comp #'s??? What should they be???

Alright, heres the deal. I have a high mile 99 z and it runs great but I did a comp check and the #'s across the board were 130-131. Verry well balanced I thought, but seems a bit low for 10.1 comp ratio dosent it? Im just curious if anyone knows what a new ls1 should be just so I can say Im not leaving anything on the table as far as worn rings and blow by are concerned. I have called a couple of reputable ls1 engine builders and couldnt get a general # from them at all. I was always told if the #'s are within 10% of each other then Im good. Well yeah, thats true but not really what I was looking for. Does anyone know for sure, maybe checked their car when it was new, low mileage or when replacing with another engine just for cross referencing sake??? Thanks.
