I think i figured out my set up. Prc 5.3 stage 2.5 heads, Custom cam 231/235 .617/.621 111LSA, 1 7/8 headers, tsp true duals, for now until i get money im using my bbk intake/throttle body, 85mm maf. Its got a 3600 stall 3.73 gears. Do you think i will be close to mid 11's?

Should do it ,assuming you got some sticky tires and the drivetrain to hold it ,,however I am not sure if that cam will work, thats a pretty big cam with alot of lift and if the duration is high , on a stock shortblock with flat top pistons it may smack em. Definately gotta check PTV clearance.

the guy i am buying the cam from had the same heads, stock block, stock pistons, and did not have to fly cut. With that being said i think it should be alright but im always going to check that ptv clearance. Also these heads are used with ms3 cams and those a slightly bigger if im not mistaken

You should clear but definitely measure. I cleared a 230/234 111+2 on those heads unmilled. Yeah a ms3 will clear ONLY IF you tell TSP to sink the valves deeper in the heads......
