Default Monkey see monkey do monkey pee all over you

I have heard many ways to tackle this task but I'm not one to jump in feet first. What is the most proficient way to port the stock oil pump for more volume? Your comments would help satisfy many, and finally point me in the right direction without pissing myself off through false information.
