i think i remember having to use the stock 5.7L crank in the motor to make it work. won't work with the 6.0L crank

Stock 6.0L crank will work as long as it is 2001 or newer. I don't know about a 200 shot on a stock bottom end! I had mine built for a 200 shot, but it has forged rods and pistons. Might not be back on the road long with stock rods and pistons. Just my 2 cents.

Think about it - a 364 cu in with that cam and stage 2 heads ought to be at least 425 rwhp - then you wanna put a 200 shot on top of that - you're braver than I am!

also i think i need to do some work for the heads to get them to work with the 6 liter??? the heads milled 30 and they fly cut the piston when they installed the H/C in my stock short block so do i need to fly cut the piston in the 6 liter

I would think you would have to flycut - all dimensions should be the same. Radius the chambers as well.
