Default In the midlle of intalling my torquer 2 cam....

Well not as bad as I thought it be so far everything is going smooth just waiting on my oil pump to get here, only negative thing its time consuming for me cause I have no power tools, also in the oil galley holes I used 1/4" in. Wooden dowel rod to hold lifters up so far everything is fine after installing the oil pump and bolting pan back up is the valve springs I should be cruising this thing pretty soon.

Only the first two are a PITA. The rest get easier.

Overkill. For stock rockers, anyway.

I just tighten all of them down all at the same time to 22 lbs where ever they've landed. I'll run the car (or in the OP case, heat cycle your springs), then recheck them. Done. In the ten or so times I've done this, they've never come loose or needed a second pass when locktite is used.

I can understand using the linked method. I have personally had cylinder 1 intake rocker work its way out. After cleaning, torquing and using loctite. (didn't use enough) It's a loud *** scary clack noise that sounds like a snapped rod.

I'm sure the manual is the correct way. Maybe I'm just not that patient.

I just got my T3 the other day the cam kit cam with harden chromomly push rods, dual springs, seats, seals, and retainers. Is putting the new spring seats in something i can do myself or is it going to need to go to a mechine shop?

good job man...I just did mine. still working out a few things but it sound means when you start it up... quick question, did your oil pump come with spacers? If so I made the mistake of putting one of them in wrong causing a partial blockage to the whole that feeds the oil. just so you know
