What lift do stock ls1 springs do into coil bind? Have 20+ .551 lift on stock springs Ive got about 23 5.3,4.8,6.0, ls1 chevy/gmc trucks & cars running around with 02/03 z06 camshafts on stock valvesprings. One truck that was done a few years ago, shifts @ 6200 rpm and has put 60k miles on it so far with stock springs...not one broken spring so far.
Soooo my question is at what lift do you hit coil bind on stock springs? has anyone ever checked?
