706 heads Ok guys so a while ago I picked up a 5.3 for 250 complete minus intake and accesorries. Well I ended up trading the block for a ls6 block plus some money. I was cleaning up the heads and noticed they are the 706 heads. I've done some research and found this heads will increase my compression. Can someone fill me in on the advantages of these heads. They will most likely stay stock till now until I get funds to port polish and mill the heads or would it not be worth it? Or Should I just get a set of used 243's 2 work from there?
