Default Would you run this blower cam

Texas speed recommended this cam for my 02 z28 that I'm running with d1sc at 8 psi. Just wondering if u guys think its a little mild. This isn't a daily driver but I still want some streetability.

Brute speed has one that's 227/243 .614/.624 lsa 114 which seems to be there mildest blower cam. Any thoughts?

Texas Speed knows what they are doing or they wouldnt have had good results on countless builds over the years. The cam they recommended is not as big as the brute speed cam but thats not what you asked them for is it?

Don't misconstrue my question as a lack of belief that Texas speed doesn't know what they're doing because I do know how good of a shop they are. It would be remiss of me to not get any other opinions which I did and in te end I went with the Texas speed cam.

alot of people run the brutespeed blower cam.
232/240, 595/608 on a 115. my friend dd's that cam without problems.
i have it in my boosted ls2 build going in soon....
i wouldnt go bigger than this. blower cars dont need big cams.

this would honestly be perfect with your blower.....

You want more of a gap in the durations like in the brute speed cam. Peak hp will be more with a cam with closer duration but in the power and is where you want it right? If so then go with more of a gap

That supercharger is going to give you torque down low almost like a big cube engine. Personally, I would go with a cam that yields peak power, unless you are going to run slicks and traction is not an issue.
