Default Messed up my engine

Today at the track when I crossed the Finish like the car bounced of the Limiter made a sound and shut off. There's no fluid or any leaks anywhere and the engine sounds locked when you go to start it. What should I do or where should I start?

OUCH! Pull the valve cover and have a look then the oil pan and see what is laying in it! Probably either a snapped rod or dropped a valve.

Pull the valvecovers, you may have dropped a valve.

Don't go buying anything until you do some digging. My motor made a ticking/knocking noise. I pulled the valve covers, everything looked great. So I figured spun rod bearing. pulled the motor and found that a piece of epoxy from the throttle body (stock ported) had broken free, got past the throttle blade gone through the intake and was bouncing around in the intake port of the head on top of the valve.

Do a little digging around.

i plan on pulling the heads tomorrow to see what the pistons look like but im sure its not gonna be good haha when i pulled the dipstick out it was real hard to get out and bent up pretty bad and now i cant get it to go all the way in. I'm guessing im probably gonna need a short block. do you know anyone around nwi chicago area tht could do it for a reasonable price?

I have heard a lot of good things about AES (Automotive Engine Specialists) in Elk Grove. When I though I hurt my car I talked to some people and everyone recommended them.
