I have come across diamond's inboard forged wrist pin pistons versus their lightweight forging which are more common.

Having a hard time finding anything on Inboard forging or its intended purpose though? Google does not return anything, nothing on the forum from what i can find. What would be the purpose or application of these pistons and with what wristpins? I am debating the H-13 wrist pins (floating or clamped?)
