Whats this noise? Video inside im hoping for just valve train... sounds like when its popping its out the exhaust like its missing. The engine still has good oil pressure. Heres the vid. let me know what you guys think.

Well pulled the valve covers and didnt see anything abnormal. I then kept going and began removing the rocker arms and checking push rods. I then found that the bolts on the rockers for number 6 cylinder were very loose, so I believe I've found the problem just don't understand how the bolts were loose and only on that cylinder. I'll get it all put back together and see how it runs.
