Default 2000 LQ4 to 2005 LQ9?

I have a 2000 Silverado 2500 4x4, non HD. It has the 6.0 LQ4 in it. The engine has some problems and I'd like more power. I found a 2005 escalade Vortec Max LQ9 and wondering if i can drop that in my truck? I have a 4L80E rpo code MT1 transmission. Will there be any issues mating the LQ9 to my tranny? Also am wondering if I will have any issues with the throttle body? They changed from a mechanical linkage to an electronic control.. any issue converting? the engine will come with the computer.

Will work great, just use your original intake manifold, computer and TB. You will need to purchase the crank spacer and the six longer bolts that hold it on, so it can mate up to the 4L80E correctly.
