LS4 Impala Block

Anyone know if the FWD Impala, Monte Carlo blocks aluminum 5.3's bolt up to a RWD trans or what the deal. Thanks

I did a little more research and found they also made the blocks an inch shorter. Sounds like a no go for RWD applications. To bad since I found a few for less then $400.
