Default Whats a reasonable offer for LS6 heads?

Ive been reading the boards for a while and finally joined. I am building an LS1 from 99 trans am for a swap into my BMW E36. There is a local guy that has a set of new in the box GM LS6 heads #12564824. He has no price listed and I want to know:

A: What are these worth? What should I offer?

B: Are these worth the effort to install? (at what price point is it not worth it?)

Are they assembled with valves? The LS6 heads are supposed to have the hollow stem intakes and sodium filled exhaust valves, which make them more desirable than the other 243 casting heads.

I sold a set of brand new sodium valves z06 243 ls6 heads for $450 on here when i needed money for other parts, but I would pay up to like 550-600 if they were real deal no mileage ls6 heads and I needed them.
