Default Melling high pressure pump, how much more pressure?

For you guys with the Melling high pressure (not high volume) pumps, how much of an increase in oil pressure did you see? Mine is idling hot at 35psi now, cruises at 45psi, with 10W-30 and a touched up stock 5.3L oil pump. Looking for a little more pressure.

On a warm day with the car at operating temp mine will idle at about 40-45 psi. Cruising is 60 psi. Hammering the throttle it will hit 65-70 psi. Running Mobil 1 5w-30. If I add a quart of Synthetic Lucas Upper cylinder lubricate at an oil change all those numbers jump about 5-10 psi. Then again how really accurate is the oil pressure gauge?

Ours sits around 45-50 at warm idle, and nearly 80 at WOT IIRC. That's 5w30 M1.
