I have 2000 camaro ss auto, it's has ls6 intake, volant cold air intake, pacesetter headers and a few little extras on it, I want to do a cam with a nice deep lope to it but I'm not sure which one to go with so a little help would be nice. Also I'm gonna put 243 heads on soon

If you do much of a cam you will need a stall converter.

The stall level depends on the cam. The cam in turn depends upon what the car is to used for (daily driver, weekend car, track) , you goals in terms of power, the heads, and your budget.

It's gonna be a daily driver, I was thinking 243 heads maybe 3400
Yank stall but not sure on the cam
