Smile Help Please

Hey guys, I have a TSP 231/237 cam, was wondering what else I'll need for the install (Besides springs/retainers, pushrods and seals) and an estimate of how much it would cost to have a shop install it. By then I'll have hooker LT's, catted Y, corsa exhaust, 160*, Lid and filter on the car. Any ideas on how much I should be putting down with a tune? It's an 00' M6. Sorry if I sound stupid, I'm totally new to this. Anyways thanks for any help -Rachael

Different shops charge differnt prices. I have had shops quote me 750, 500, and even 300 bucks. If you got the cam package from TSP then it should be complete, mine was. Is your car a M6 or an A4? I know a guy here locally that put down 405HP with this cam and long tubes. Good luck

you're going to want:
-a longer crank bolt & a big washer to help with getting the pulley off and on
-a valvespring compressor, larry's tool in the tools forum works great, especially with an air ratchet
- two pieces of 2 foot long, 3/16" rod wrapped in velcro to hold the lifters up

375-400rwhp.

Since you have to take the stock crank pulley why not put a smaller aftermarket one on, they will make another 5-10rwhp.
