Default Is my lifter ticking? (Video Inside)

I just put my car back together with my new aster bracket. on my way home my fans quit working, the car got up to 240 for a little while. Once i shut the car off the car got up to 250. for a couple of minutes before cooling down.

Now i have a strange tick. It could have been there all along and i didn't notice, or it could have just started i'm not sure.

Ignore the bad idle in the second vid. I got out HPTuner and saw the my ECT temp wasn't reading and that is throwing off my idle.

Engine is the coldest in Vid 1

From the video it almost sounds like a pulley or a tensioner. The tick sound is not the same frequency as the idle it sounds slightly slower, but when you watch the belt spin it sounds like it would be the same speed. Idk.

That makes sense. I just installed the aster bracket and Brute Speeds 8.65 crank pulley, so i have been messing around with the belts and pulleys. Also replaced my serpentine tensioner and serpentine idler. I did not get around to replacing the AC tensioner or idler.

Agree with post#2- the tick is the wrong rhythm, relative to the engine speed, for lifter.
